When signing up for our services, we’ll have you fill out our digital project questionnaire that will ask you a range of important questions we’ll need to have answered in order to determine how to best customize our service platform to your unique needs as a client.
Once the questionnaire is filled out, you’ll be assigned a C9 Shared Teams Account Manager who will discuss your requirements in-depth, ask you any additional questions we may need prior to beginning, as well as answer any questions you may have prior to the project launch.
How We Work:
Where other monthly subscription services may claim “unlimited designs” and in reality only offer 1 or 2 “active projects” at any given time; our service model is unique in that we can concurrently work on as many projects as you need while also offering a more diverse range of creative capabilities to suite your business requirements.
All hours consumed are tracked transparently utilizing time tracking software with screen capture technology that will be sent to you monthly alongside our invoice which is automatically billed to your credit card on file.
If you have any issues or questions whatsoever with our services throughout the duration of your engagement with us, you have unlimited access to speak with your Account Manager and we’ll work hard to continue to make things right until you are 100% satisfied with your experience.
Each monthly subscription plan comes with a competitive number of consumable work hours, that can be applied towards utilizing of any of our service capabilities both individually and collectively. And if you go over your plan’s monthly allowance of consumable hours; we offer a simple flat rate per hour for additional services you may need still designed to save you tons of money.
Project Fulfillment Process:
After speaking with your Account Manager we’ll create a customized fulfillment process in order to ensure your projects are completed on-time and to the level of quality you expect. All communication pertaining to your projects take place on our C9 Shared Teams workflow system designed on Basecamp. Your assigned Account Manager will introduce our Basecamp solution to you as part of our standard onboarding procedure.
The “in process” stage refers to any projects that we are actively working on for the first time. Whether that be a brand-new design, coding, copywriting task or something else entirely; when our system is marked in process that means we’re busy working on your project.
During this stage we are reviewing your feedback provided as a result of our initial work being complete. All requests for changes are communicated through Basecamp in writing. And if at any time we’re not understanding or adjusting our work to suite your needs, you’ll be able to jump on an immediate call with your assigned Account Manager to get your project back on track.
During this phase we’ll be updating your project with your feedback and improving the project until it meets your expectations.
Your Expectations of Us:
- We will clearly communicate with you on the status of your project during each important milestone and continually improve our style until it fully meets your expectations.
- Our freelancers are professional, battle-tested and have experience working collaborating together to give you access to a great team at competitive prices.
- Our turnaround times vary based on the scope-of-work provided, your Account Manager will work with you to create milestones and timelines around your projects.
- Fully licensed stock images, videos and audios when applicable.
- Access to all your source files with complete ownership
- Access to our customer support team and Account Manager at any time during your engagement.
Our Expectations of You:
During your introductory call with our Account Manager, we’ll work hard to create a customized plan to address your needs, but we don’t always get everything perfect from the start. As we continue to work with you however, our team will get a better understanding of your style and preferences which will allow us to iterate the work complete to continually improve the process and your overall experience.

All source files are included once a project is marked as complete. You own and control all the rights to any projects completed by our team.
Our Billing Process:
Each plan includes a certain allocation of billable hours which you may use to complete your various projects. If projects exceed those monthly allocations, we offer highly competitive hourly rates for additional work starting as low as $12.5 per hour depending upon your subscription plan. We track your project’s performance using time tracking technology and provide you monthly reports, so you always know transparently what our team has completed, and the number of hours consumed in order to complete the work requested.

What if I go over my plan’s allocated monthly hours?
We designed C9 Shared Teams with flexibility and scalability in mind! During the course of the month, if your project exceeds the allocated budget of hours, we will track the additional hours consumed and charge you our standard hourly rate for those hours used. Our standard hourly rates range between $12.50 per hour to $15.00 per hour depending on the monthly subscription level you signed up for.
These hourly rates are highly competitive, fixed per plan, and remain constant regardless of which specific service you utilize from our coordinated teams included within your monthly plan.
